Let’s Start With The Copying Code of riyo.ai

The first step is to obtain a script you can post on your website's backend. While completing your signup, you will be asked to enter your website URL.

Note: If you are already using riyo.ai with an existing website (property), please add a new property from the top right side of your dashboard.

Step 1: Click on the icon highlighted below in the Install tracking code section of the overview section to access riyo.ai’s tracking script.

Step 2: Click View Script and copy it, or you can copy it by clicking “Copy Script.”

Go To Your BigCommerce’s Dashboard And Go Through The Following Steps

Step 1: On your BigCommerce dashboard, click Storefront.

Step 2: Click Script Manager.

Step 3: Click Create a Script.

Step 4: Insert the Tracking Code into your site's head element for pages you want to track.

• The script's name can be anything; however, riyo.ai or riyo.ai Tracking Code might help you find it in the future.
• The description can be anything or left blank.
• For Location on a page, select Head.
• It is up to you to Select the pages where a script will be added, but all pages are best for the most effective use of riyo.ai.
• Select a Script Type of Script.
• Inside Script Contents, paste the Tracking Code exactly as it appears inside riyo.ai.
