REGARDING PAYMENT, CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION:

Charges for our monthly plans may change from time to time.If any part of a month plan is included within the Term, then payment is due for the complete month. Your due date of payment would be on the same day as of your first payment's date of each month. Payments and invoices are automatically charged and renewed in case you do not cancel your subscription before payday. While signing up, you agree to our payment policy. No refund policy for automatic renewals and all invoices generated will be considered. As a client of our services, we will require a valid credit card number and authority to deduct monthly charges against that credit card.

Fees for our services may vary depending on the billing period, the volume of the unique companies or similar factors determined by us and set forth on our website.

In case if your credit card provider fails to make the required payment, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand and the company might have to suspend your access to the Service until full payment is received or terminate the Service.

GOVERNING LAW OR DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

The Users agree that any legal action or proceedings arising out of these Terms of Use or in connection with these Terms of Use may be brought exclusively in the competent courts/ tribunals having jurisdiction in Ahmedabad, India and the Users irrevocably submit themselves to the jurisdiction of such courts/ tribunals.

• Our inability to act in a specific condition doesn't forgo our capacity to act as for that situation or comparative conditions.
